- Carpenter and Woodworker (Self employed) – Barry Crowe Woodworks May 2008 – Present Build and design high end custom wood products for commercial and residential projects; manage multi-faceted projects and contracts; deliver excellent customer service and ensure client needs are met in a timely manner with complete satisfaction.
- Building and Lease Manager – Sask. Property Management, Government of Saskatchewan July 2006 – May 2008 Act as liaison between Government clients (tenants) and building owners to ensure clients’ needs are met and work orders completed; mediate conflicts, provide planning and project management for office renovations and department moves; manage and coordinate tenders, obtain all working and technical drawings and accept bids for construction, manage and ensure each buildings tenants keep up to date policies, procedures and records for committees and sub-committees for fire, workplace safety regulations and action plans, supervise one to four staff members and coordinate workloads.
- Procurement Consultant – Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (Dakota Dunes Casino) April 2005 – July 2006 Prepare, research and negotiate leases, construction contracts, land use agreements, service agreements, and non-disturbance agreements; manage $40M capital budget for construction, including procurement of all goods and services; provide critical path planning for casino commissioning; develop written briefs, summaries and Board Motions.
